The article gives evidence to one of the aspects of the problem of militarization of modern politics. Preconditions and reasons of the rise of the so-called “civil militarism” as one of the consequences of the “cold war” are considered. The author points at the danger of uncontrollable distribution of principles, methods and technologies of military art outside the military organization of the state.
